We are
the human being, live together in a society. Society is like a team where
everyone has to share their ideas, views, work; we need to help each other,
collaboration and overall cooperation. For accomplishing a task, we can do it
lonely or in a team. If we do it individually it needs too much time, patience,
hard work, sometimes it is impossible to reach the desire goal. Some tasks are
really impossible to complete without a team. A team consist of a bunch of
people or animal related in a general principle.
Teams are especially suitable for completing tasks that are high in difficulty and have many interdependent subtasks. Teamwork is work performed by a team towards a common purpose. There must be some members and a leader in a team; leader must lead the team from front and take decision with the help of other members by discussing. All the business sectors, sports teams, government need a proper team work to run their organization properly. There are some techniques how to run a team very effectively and smoothly without any hazard. There are some challenges as well to run a team. We will discuss those matters in later part of the assignment.

situation. For getting most efficient outcome or output, every team player
needs to cooperate and help each other every time as much as possible.
§ Projects: In project activities, it requires every team member will have a common
goal. Project activities means they are dedicated in one task and they are
puzzling down the factors and try to find the ways to solve the project in a
scheduled time. All the members are responsible for individual task which give
them more confidence to accomplish their jobs and make specialist in a
particular task or jobs or subject.
§ Outdoor Activities: performances like hiking, mountain biking, camping or white-water
rafting allow the participant or team associates to lighten up while enjoying
the unsullied air, bird’s sound and the wisdom of being "away from it
